One very popular product that health conscious consumers are into is milk.  Milk from even at the earlier times is proven to a healthy and provides various benefits to people drinking it.  However, there are also a variety of milk products with different content of fat is available in the market, depending on the consumer’s preference and needs.  Each milk processing plant is equipped with the facilities and equipments to produce a variety of milk products.  Ever  since, people have been doing dairy milk processing to produce cheese, cream, butter, yogurt, ice cream and etc. However, to keep up with the consumers’ increasing demand for healthy, nutritious food,  they are looking for ways to reduce cholesterol naturally. And what better and easier way to reduce cholesterol  than having a glass of milk with less fat content without sacrificing the taste we all love.   Finding the right brand to meet our preferences and demands is the real challenge. With so many brands of milk products all claiming to be healthy and beneficial, are manufactured by even a wider range of milk processing plants, with different dairy milk processing procedures and techniques, it will be difficult to find which brand is most healthy. One way of  helping consumers narrow down their choices is by doing a little research and checking product labels.  Consumers should take the time to compare product labels and nutrition facts before purchasing, to ensure the products’ nutritional content.  It’s not enough that we are only health conscious, but we should also be aware of food products we are buying from the market since food products also vary from each other.
