In the office, we have a system of some sort called teleconferencing. This makes use of equipments that help us get in touch with other people that cannot physically attend the meeting because of a vacation and the like reasons. Because of this, in situations where important people has to communicate with us but can do nothing to reach our conference room, this system helps us a lot. Plus, this conferencing service is really great – the sound, video, and others. I was thinking maybe this conferencing is the reason why decision making in our organization isn’t being delayed. Approvals from certain people are faster making our organization make better performances and communication.
