I am an IT officer and one of my IT functions was to attend to the Custom Computers and Custom Laptops assigned to our employees. Each division has specific requirements and each user must have their own Custom Computer while the field people, their own Custom Laptop. The big people have their own notebook requirements. Each function room, specifically the Board Room, of our company have their own Custom Computers that have CD and DVD drives, flash drives for obvious reasons.
My job must be very complicated and difficult to other people, but I love what I do. There is never a dull day for people involved with Custom Computers and Custom Laptops. The phone of the IT section is always ringing asking for trouble shooting. There is always a Custom Computer or Custom Laptops needing help on: operating system, hardware, networking, storage, internet connection.
Being an IT officer, I must be updated on the latest technology. I am particularly focused on the security of each computer assigned to each employee. I am a regular on the net for computer inputs and updates. I am never behind on anything and the net is a great help.
